Seagull Steak House and Coffee Shop offer a variety of food whether it is for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. They served Tocino, Beef Tapa, Ham Omelette, and their Special Suman with Sikwate or also known as Tsokolate. The chocolate suman was really delicious and I love that they sprinkled it with muscovado (coconut sugar) and oats, which added texture to the dish.
