Capitalizing on the need for technology, partnerships, and creativity to bring tourism products to the next level.
As a new tourism experience, the Hop-on, Hop-off features curated and do-it-yourself tours, which take the tourism experience a notch higher. The Department of Tourism - Metro Manila and Positive Exposure, the project's project integrator and technology partner, collaborated to make this project a reality.
The Department of Tourism (DOT), and business players collaborated to create the Metro Manila Hop-on Hop-off, Travel by Hub. It is a smooth and contactless travel system that operates throughout Metro Manila's strategic hubs, with the ability to take guided tours in particular locations. This travel choice is a strategic tourism offering from well-known urban centers including Singapore, New York, London, Madrid, and London.
Through a smartphone application that enables an easy and convenient booking and payment platform, the Hop-On, Hop-Off offers travelers the option of quick, DIY activities. It will offer audio-visual content and aims to highlight Metro Manila through a well crafted tour program.
This gives frequent individual travelers and local group passengers the freedom to decide where and how they want to explore Metro Manila.
