Happiness in a cup? There is always time for coffee
So this is another cafe I visited in Project 8, Quezon City, and of course, it's just along the way to our house. I passed by this cafe after I had dinner at Mapishi because that was the scheduled restaurant I would visit that day, and I was also curious about authentic Swahili Cuisine.

The place is clean and cozy. A good venue for a small group of people. Because they are also in the same establishment as Mapishi, the only problem I see is the parking space because it only seems to fit two or three cars. But the rest is okay!
Lots of drinks to choose from. From coffee and non-coffee.
Besides specialty coffees, they also serve tasty pastries! Sweet tooths are sure to be pleased.
According to FM Cafe By Kape Tanggero, they use arabica coffee beans because it has lower caffeine level, is much sweeter, and have more subtle flavor profiles other than beans.
Also, they prefer to pick local farmers from Sagada to show their support to them. Arabica beans are harder to cultivate because of their sensitivity to their environment; therefore, using them in their coffee makes it a little special. Only the best for customers!

The baristas prepared my Dark Mocha Frappe. The Dark Mocha Frappe was so good!
