There are no more lockdowns or curfews, health restrictions have been lifted, cultural and sporting activities have resumed, and people are going to the beach and malls.
After a tough, more than three-year battle, the return to normal life is a real relief for all of us! So here we are again, back to normal life and looking for more adventures and food trips.

Filipino street food known as isaw is made with barbecued pig or chicken intestines. Some people think it tastes best thoroughly toasted and dipped in a spicy blend of vinegar.
Bulalo is a Filipino dish made with beef. The soup has a light color and is prepared by simmering bone marrow and beef shanks until the fat and collagen are dissolved in the clear broth. Leafy vegetables, corn on the cob, scallions, onions, garlic, ginger, and fish sauce are usually included.
