I highly recommend this place, not just because it's near GMA7, ABS-CBN, and EDSA; it's one of the best work-friendly cafes in Manila! The atmosphere is fantastic, and its homey interiors are so gorgeous. And recently, they opened its second floor, where everyone can do work, study, or even do small group activities or meetings.

Also, this cafe has amazing staff and, most especially, great coffee! I absolutely loved their Dekada White Mocha!
Oh, I love the way their pastries and desserts look.
Along with some old comic books, they stock local brands like stickers, mugs, bags, pins, and other items. They also sell handcrafted crafts, locally created sweets, and organic veggies if those things are your thing.
With regards to the parking space, there's parking available for cars. Also, there are bike racks at the side entrance.
